Job Role/description

To be a point of contact for clients and colleagues in respect of claims.  I also to visit clients to complete an investigation into a claim, in particular in relation to liability incidents and large losses

Visiting clients and getting the right result for a client in a claim

Hobbies outside of work?

I have run a Mother and Toddler Group on a voluntary basis for the last 18 years. When I am not running around after my own grown up children I also like to spend time outdoors walking or relaxing with a good book. I also volunteer for a homeless charity

Best achievement or moment at work?

I have worked for Stanmore Insurance Brokers for 20 years this year and have been involved with dot2dot since its launch in 2003, which I think is a tremendous achievement!

A Care bear

Apart from working for Stanmore/dot2dot what would your dream job be?

My dream job would be as a personal shopper

What is your greatest achievement?

My children and my husband…he’s a work in progress!

Why it is so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?

Customers usually need my help when they have a problem and they are often feeling vulnerable, I strive to make the process a lot less painful for them and find the right answer for their business
