- human disease, or pest infestation necessitating closure up to your full sum insured
- prevention of access due to a property damage claim to a neighbouring property up to your full sum insured
- accidental failure of electricity, gas or water supplies up to your full sum insured
- failure of telecommunication services up to £5,000
- cost of wages paid to temporary employees employed solely to replace members of staff suspended as a direct consequence of a child abuse accusation up to £2,500
- fatal injury to nursery children following a road traffic accident whilst on a nursery excursion up to £25,000
