Jackie Hyde
I have enjoyed working in the general insurance industry for 28 years. I started working with the nursery sector over 15 years ago and my experience was invaluable when setting up the dot 2 dot nursery scheme. The working relationships I have built up in that time allow me to tailor dot 2 dot to respond to the issues that real nurseries face and this continues to underpin my approach.
I am constantly mindful of the changes to your industry and this is reflected in the latest developments with Croner-i, the medical pathways and risk assessments and our partnership with Berryman Lace Mawer Solicitors who support us on specialist Liability incidents including Abuse.

David Turner
With over 25 years insurance experience, 12 years as a Director of my own brokerage, I then joined Jackie and Stanmore Insurance Brokers in 2003 when our Companies merged. My own internal Financial Services Authority work together with my own client work, gives me a unique perspective on marrying regulatory requirements to business practicalities. In addition, having only ever worked as an insurance broker I am always determined to find solutions no matter how obscure the problem.

Marianne McWilliams
When returning from maternity leave in 2004, I was delighted when Jackie offered me a role which brought my 13 years of commercial broking and face to face client visit work experience to the dot 2 dot scheme.
I continue to work closely with Jackie on all aspects of dot 2 dot including client servicing, technical issues, scheme development and in particular dot 2 dot wheels. I also like to keep an eye on industry changes and working on new products to make sure our policy wording keeps up to date.

Janet Ferguson
Having been an insurance underwiter as well as a broker since joining the insurance industry in 1978, I have a meticulous eye for detail. During my 10 years with Stanmore it has been great to see the scheme grow and develop so successfully. My promotion to Broking Manager gave me the opportunity to get more closely involved with dot 2 dot ensuring that our quality service is second to none.

Julie Moore
After starting my own family, it was great to join the Stanmore family in 1997 and be part of dot 2 dot from its inception . Quite often when customers ring me, they just want someone to guide them through the claims process to make things as stress free as possible and I find that my past experience of working in an insurance company claims department for 9 years really helps me.
Our insurers are generally great to work with and understand what dot 2 dot is trying to achieve, so very often I concentrate my energies on the more difficult or complicated incidents. However, the team know I’m always around if they need a bit of specialist assistance or some advice!

Julie Simpson
I have worked in the general insurance industry for over 22 years and initially specialised in Personal Insurances. I really understand the value of personal service and the need to support individuals with the technical jargon and minefield of insurance terminology.
Since joining the dot 2 dot team in 2007 I have enjoyed bringing my skills to new and existing nursery clients and my involvement from the outset with the dot 2 dot wheels scheme means I can help guide you through this important but complicated area.

Jenny Hyde
During my years at College and University I had worked with the dot 2 dot team on a temporary basis and after I got my degree I was delighted to become part of the permanent squad. My work experience had already given me the administrative background to our scheme so over the last few years I have worked closely with Jackie and Marianne to build my technical knowledge.
Although, there will always be times when we are asked something new, I now really enjoy the fact that I have built fantastic relationships with many of our nurseries and I can support them in all areas from sums insured to claims.
